We are pleased that you joined us for our 2005-06 season. Many exciting changes are in the works for the current season. This year the ensemble presents piano recitals by three fantastic musicians, Jerome Lowenthal, Rieko Aizawa, and Ya-Fei Chuang, in addition to the usual 5 concerts in the series.
Another big change is the announcement of New York Philomusica's move to The Broadway Presbyterian Church (Broadway at
114th Street), selected after a wide and careful search for its musical ambience and
accessibility. It is handicapped friendly and easily reached by public transportation, using the subway line 1, exiting at either 110th Street or 116th Street, by the No. 104 Broadway bus, or the No. 4 bus (from the East Side).
We will be happy to advise you how to get
there and to help in anyway we can; your continued support is essential to our future.
Programs and artists that will project a penetrating beam through the cultural confetti of these times —
for inquiring minds
